The amount of the contribution is at your discretion. The individual to be notified will receive a personal letter announcing your thoughtful gift.

Cumulative contributions may apply to membership in the Gentle Doctor Society ($2,700), Sustaining Members ($7,500), or Order of the Knoll ($15,000). Gifts are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law.
