Ozzie was a very special kitty. He was big and not always the sleek agile cat that some may be, but he was our boy and he will never be replaced in our hearts.

Ozzie was a very handsome kitty -- all seventeen pounds of him!! We never imagined that he would develop cancer, as he had always been a picture of health. However, fate was not on his side, and he failed pretty quickly, despite our attempts to do what we felt was best for him. After two surgeries, it was just too much to see him suffer, and for the first time in our lives we had to face the decision to put him out of his misery.

We have nothing but praise for the manner in which Dr. Jergens and his assistants helped us through Ozzie's cancer -- he was compassionate and caring in all respects. I truly believe he received the best care he could have. Dr. Jergens and his assistants were the best when it came to helping us make decisions and informing us of the options we had. We appreciated all he did in making a clinical situation more personal.
