Enclosed you will find my yearly donation to the Companion Animal Fund made both in memory
of my precious Beagle, Zoey, on the anniversary of her death, and in honor of Iowa State
alumnus, Dr. Bianca Zaffarano, and the staff at Pennyroyal Small & Exotic Animal Hospital.

It brings me great comfort each year to donate to the Companion Animal Fund as a way of
remembering Zoey and honoring Dr. Zaffarano and the Pennyroyal staff for their past efforts
on behalf of Zoey. I hope my donation helps to further the cause of veterinary medicine at
Iowa State so that other companion animals my live a healthier and longer life.
I thank you for your continued efforts to improve the lives of our precious
animal companions.
