Veterinary students established the Committee for International Veterinary Opportunities (CIVO) in the Spring of 1998 as a service for both students and faculty. The CIVO was formed to better facilitate students' interest obtaining in international veterinary experiences. Activities include an annual International Opportunities fair, a Fall faculty-student mixer, monthly meeting with student or faculty speakers to discuss past or upcoming trips.
The CIVO promotes the International Veterinary Students' Association to
ISU students and encourages them to participate in the IVSA. The President
