Research Interests / Areas of Expertise:
Dr. Moon's research focuses on the pathogenesis of intestinal infections and diarrheal diseases in livestock and poultry, including comparative pathology and animal models of human intestinal diseases. He also studies agricultural bioterrorism and pre-harvest food safety in livestock and poultry production.
