| Research Interests / Areas of Expertise: Dr. Mills' research interests are in the area of educational innovation using clinical cases, mechanism-based diagnostic reasoning and technology. He is member of a multidisciplinary research team called the Biomedical Informatics Research Group that is led by Holly S. Bender. Other key members of the team have expertise in the areas of clinical pathology, instructional design and evaluation, and computer science. He also teaches practice management, and the importance of interpersonal relationships in both a veterinarian's personal and professional life.
